An employee with strong technical skills, expertise, and experience is valuable, whereas an employee with additional talents in conversation skills is an invaluable asset to the company. It is not enough in today’s job market to be good at what you do, you must also be able to communicate well and have the necessary skills in order to move towards the next level in your career.
Your career growth is highly dependent on conversation skills. In fact, a person with less experience and fewer technical skills but, able to communicate well has a better chance of getting a promotion.
